Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions and subscription renewals may be completed using a credit card or purchase order (PO) as an accepted method of payment. A $30.00 manual activation fee applies to purchase order transactions. The fees applicable for the service are published within the site and exclude all taxes and charges unless otherwise stated. The subscriber is responsible for any taxes, data charges and internet access fees.
PRC reserves the right to change the quoted price at any time. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and to authorize us to charge you for the service selected under the terms stated. Contact information in your account must be kept current. If you upgrade your account for additional features, the fees will be pro-rated to the end of your current term. Subscription renewals are for the listed term. You may downgrade your account at renewal. You may cancel your account by not renewing it at the end of the term but subscription fees are not refundable.
